The building site is located along the picturesque banks of the Kama River. We strategically positioned the living quarters, pool, and summer veranda to maximize the stunning views of the beach from the windows. 

The house was designed to accommodate the long, narrowing plot, while ensuring that as many windows as possible face the sunlit sides for optimal natural light and warmth.

Another challenge was to ensure the house would be energy efficient. These considerations ultimately shaped the final configuration of the home.
