A family approached us with a request to renovate an apartment for their son. At the time of the request, the young man was not married and did not have children. However, the clients wanted to prepare the space in advance for a future children room, as well as make all the necessary outlet connections and floor anchors. Additionally, a large walk-in closet was designed in case the homeowner’s girlfriend moved in.

Furthermore, the client requested not to designate a separate dining area. We proposed a solution — a bar table with a wine fridge, which serves both as an island and a dining table. This space became ideal for cozy family dinners and gatherings with friends, effectively combining functionality and style.
