The apartments are located in a reconstructed historical building of the former "Bolshovik" confectionery factory, which adds unique charm. The starting point for the project was a photograph of a grapevine branch sent by the client.
To achieve the desired shades, dozens of color tests were made. The main storage system was custom-made, and many details, such as furniture handles, were modified directly on-site — manually aged.
Throughout all rooms, except for wet areas, we used a single flooring — engineered wood, which was further coated with lacquer to deepen the shade. This decision emphasizes the style and quality of the material, enhancing the atmosphere of the historical interior with modern elements.
In the dining area, we provided several placement scenarios. A counter serves for quick breakfasts, completing the main kitchen line. The main dining group is located by the panoramic window, offering a beautiful view and filling the space with light.
In the bedroom, we carefully selected a color to match the desired grape shade and then accentuated this vibrant area with art pieces, adding depth and uniqueness to the interior.
The main color of the study is deep blue: the work area is highlighted with color, and the furniture is designed as a single structure, creating a stylish and functional space.
